Today is the 3rd Junes 2008 and this post is just a little test to see how this blog works and get a general feel for things on here. Ok the reason for me posting a blog is that i am about to start on a fitness regime and i want to be able to post what i do each day and the results it brings, i will be doing this by adding a new body picture each week so i/you can hopefully see the results. The main reason for wanting to get fit is for the new football season and beacuse iv'e become a fat slob, eating shite all day, too much chocolate, too big a diners the wrong food. It started about 2 and half months ago when i injured my groin playing football and this in turn stopped me from doing any exercise at all. It was just too painfull and i had to stop playing football, squash and running which is what i've normally done in the past. Now with me being 29 and not being able to fend off the wieght as easy as i once could i need to do something drastic. So in the next few days i will be purchasing a Bycycle and by next week my groin will be able to withstand me being able to ride a bike. Then i will be gradually introducing jogging then some wieghts and then some serious sprinting and Squash. Oh yer and i will also be keeping an eye on what i have to eat each day.
